  1. How does the moving bin rental process work?

    • We deliver clean, reusable moving bins throughout the Richmond, VA and surrounding areas directly to your home or business. You pack at your own pace, and once your move is complete, we return to pick the bins up. No cardboard, tape, or box disposal required.

  2. What sizes are the moving bins?

    • We offer 4 sizes. Small (9gal), Medium (12gal), Large (18gal), Tubs (27gal)

  3. Why should I use reusable moving bins instead of cardboard boxes?

    • Reusable moving bins are stronger, stackable, weather-resistant, and require no assembly. They help save time during packing and unpacking while also reducing waste from disposable cardboard boxes.

  4. How long can I keep the bins?

    • Rental periods vary depending on your moving needs. We offer 1-4 week rental options. Most common are 1–3 weeks and we also offer flexible rental options if you need bins for an extended period of time.

  5. Do you deliver and pick up the bins?

    • Yes. We offer convenient delivery and pickup services to make your move as stress-free as possible. We deliver and pick-up professional grade moving bins throughout the Richmond, VA area.

  6. Can I use the bins for office or commercial moves?

    • Absolutely. Our moving bins are perfect for office relocations, retail moves, inventory transport, and other commercial moving needs.

  7. Do you require a deposit?

    • Yes. To reserve your booking, we require a $25.00 reservation fee that is refundable at the completion of the booking. If the reservation is canceled, missed, or the customer does not uphold the scheduled rental agreement, the $25.00 reservation fee will be non-refundable.

    • Yes. We provide dollies, labels, & zip ties with all rental packages. We also offer heavy duty moving blanket & and large moving bags to rental & packing paper for purchase.

  10. Do you service Henrico, Chesterfield, and Hanover Counties?

    • Yes, we do! We deliver Moving Bins to Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. We will deliver and pick-up bins within a 20-mile radius of VCU Campus.
